There is no commitment on the part of the client with respect to the amount of material that will be shipped under the contract or the timing of these shipments.
This contract is in addition to contracts announced on February 18, 2009 and while the company continues to actively looking for further project work at this time it has no contracts or purchase orders other than these three projects.
The company does not provide guidance on expected financial performance, consistent with its current practice.
