WAB’s trade show activities will therefore solely focus on Hamburg, while the international wind industry conference WINDFORCE will go ahead as planned, but without an accompanying exposition in Bremen from June 7 – 9, 2016.

"This will permit us to focus exclusively on the conference contents," states WAB board chairman Dr. Klaus Meier. "At the global exposition in Hamburg, our members, exhibitors and visitors will find the optimum forum to present their products and services for offshore applications," adds Meier. At their pavilion at WindEnergy Hamburg, WAB offers interested exhibitors spaces for booths and further exhibition areas close by. Exhibit space at the world’s leading wind energy trade fair is now already more than 85 percent booked up. With more than 100 WAB members having their own booth at the show, the WAB network will be represented in large numbers at WindEnergy Hamburg.

WindEnergy Hamburg has steadily evolved to become the leading international trade fair for the wind energy industry. At the 2014 show, some 33,000 trade visitors from all over the world visited more than 1,200 exhibitors from 33 nations on 60,000 m2 exhibit space. This year, the EWEA Conference will be held in parallel with WindEnergy Hamburg at CCH Congress Center Hamburg.
