“Winning the Containment Filtration System award solidifies Flanders as the industry’s leading supplier of Nuclear Glove boxes and Containment Filtration Equipment,” said Tom Morse, vice president of high purity operations. “We are excited to be a part of these groundbreaking advances.”

“This process has taken more than a year to finalize,” said Gary Chrismon, director glove box sales. “The MOX Team worked very hard to secure this order and has performed at an exceptional level. Through the total company commitment to the MOX project, this order and the additional glove box orders previously announced emphasize Flanders’ proven ability as the leading supplier to Shaw Areva MOX services and the entire industry.”

The project is expected to begin in the fourth quarter 2009 and will take about a year from design through delivery.
