The new TL5060 model intends to guarantee the delivery of a reliable and powerful tractor in the key 100 horsepower segment for the agricultural requirements of farmers in the area. To further sustain the agricultural development in the territory an additional larger tractor model will be introduced in 2010 at the Tashkent plant. This manufacturing site has recently undergone substantial upgrades intended at enlarging its production activities. These incorporate new areas for welding cabs, assembly line, painting, and customer quality audits. A refurbished Spare Parts Depot will further strengthen level of service of the 13 Service Centers distributed across Uzbekistan.

The TL range was designed in Europe and has been built in high volumes in Jesi (Italy), in Curitiba (Brazil) and in Shanghai (China) plants. This tractor is widely recognized as the benchmark tractor in its class. The localization of the TL5060 tractor in Uzbekistan has been carried out under the control of the New Holland specialists. The tractor is manufactured in the local JV, which began operations in 1996.
The first 120 tractors already have been accumulated and supplied to customers during an opening day ceremony at the plant.
