Under the sales contract, New Generation Biofuels would initially supply renewable biofuel to Chaney Enterprises in their Infern-O-Therm hot water boilers and will replace no. 2 fuel oil. In addition to the boilers, New Generation Biofuels would also supply biofuel to Chaney Enterprises’ off-road vehicles.
Bill Childs, president and chief executive officer of Chaney Enterprises, said: The renewable nature of NGBF biofuel allows us to reduce our carbon footprint in something as easy as switching our boiler fuel over from fossil fuels to NGBF biofuel. With the additional bonus of emission reductions in nitrogen oxide (NOX) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) it was an easy decision to make the switch.
