Under the contract, CER will design, manufacture and install a waste heat recovery system for the plant located in Zhenjiang.

CER said the new system has a rated capability to produce 38 tons of steam-per-hour at 186 degrees Celsius and 1.0mpa.

The company plans to deliver the waste heat recovery system in the third quarter of this year.

Separately, CER said that it exercised an option in the last month to acquire an office building that it currently occupies in Shanghai.

Earlier, CER has contracted with Wuxi Greenapple for the delivery of a $10m waste heat recovery system in the second quarter of 2011 for a separate sulfuric acid plant being constructed in the same complex.

CER is an engineering and manufacturing company engaged in the design, construction and installation of waste heat energy recovery systems.
