As per the agreement, Windreich had agreed to sell seven 2.3MW units located in the County of Hof in Germany capable of serving about 28,000 people. The company, however, will continue to operate plant after the closure of the sale.
The sale brought in net revenues of €14m for Windreich.
The entire wind farm had eight 2.3MW units in operation since May 2012 when the first unit sold to Daimler AG.
