STRABAG AG, with a share of 63.4 %, is leading the consortium. The 20 MW hydropower plant will be completed for € 57 million within a period of 46 months.
The contract includes the planning of the power station, the construction, supply and installation of all plant and equipment, as well as testing and commissioning. The station will be equipped with three Kaplan turbines.
"We are pleased to be contributing to the development of a regional, sustainable infrastructure with the construction of this power plant", remarks STRABAG Division Manager Dragan Pavelic on the occasion of the contract signing on 8 January 2016 in the presence of Martin Prammer, the Austrian ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
