The Tecogen natural gas powered systems will be installed to provide electricity, space heating and domestic hot water for two Oceanview Apartment buildings.
All Systems Cogeneration is the general contractor for the Oceanview Apartments renovation project.
All Systems Cogeneration president Gregg Giampaolo said the company chose Tecogen because of its reliable product quality and support.
"Tecogen is known for its low-emissions technology breakthroughs. Not only does Tecogen provide a bridge to a sustainable energy future, but its products support an affordable operating model. We anticipate that the Tecogen modules will deliver savings of about $80,000 a year," Giampaolo said.
The renovation project is part of New Housing Marketplace Plan.
US-based All Systems Cogeneration is engaged in the cogeneration industry offering design engineering, installation and service.
Tecogen manufactures combined heat and power products including natural gas engine-driven cogeneration, air conditioning systems, and high-efficiency water heaters for industrial and commercial use.
