Both Mr Cossey and Mr Hughes will remain as members of the board of directors and Mr Cossey will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
In connection with his appointment, Mr Bullock was also appointed as CEO of the company’s subsidiary, ThermoEnergy Power Systems, as a member of the board of managers of Babcock-Thermo Carbon Capture, ThermoEnergy’s JV with Babcock Power, and as a member of the board of directors of the company’s subsidiary, CASTion.
Mr Bullock said: “I’m very excited to be joining ThermoEnergy at this key juncture in the company’s history. Based on the company’s revolutionary technology and growing markets, I look forward to building a profitable water business and commercializing the energy business.”
