Kevin will remain at Blue Coat until April 10, 2009. From December 1996 until May 2005, he held a series of senior finance positions, culminating with his appointment as vice president and CFO, of Novellus Systems, Inc. (Novellus). Before he joined Novellus, he spent 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP, where he became a Certified Public Accountant. In November 2008, he joined the board of directors of Springbok Services, Inc.
