The contract covers seven of Nordex’s N100/2500 turbines. Installation is due to start in January 2016.
Located about 120km south-west of Paris, the wind farm is expected to start operations in summer of 2016. The deal includes 15-year premium service agreement.
STEAG New Energies management spokesman Stephan Nahrath said: "We are pleased to be working again with the participating companies, thus adding a further chapter to our long-standing joint activities."
Nordex said the turbines to be utilized in the Cormainville wind farm have been designed for medium wind speeds and will yield an above-average capacity factor of about 34% for the project.
The German wind turbine manufacturer installed what it claims to be the largest project for STEAG New Energies in Brandenburg with 18 multi-megawatt units.
STEAG New Energies operates wind farms with a total capacity of 118MW in France, Germany and Poland.
