Frank also serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of TRW Inc., and vice president, controller and treasurer of GTE Corporation.
In recent years, Frank served on the boards of Puget Energy, Inc., Edison International, and Intermec, Inc.
Frank has earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Frank was named a Class of 2008 outstanding director by the ODX Outstanding Directors Program.
