Achieving superior IL for Band 8 devices is especially difficult due to its wide bandwidth and the close spacing between transmit and receive bands. ACMD-7605 also provides excellent over-temperature isolation performance of 51dB min in the Tx band and 48dB min in the Rx band, which in combination with the company’s best insertion loss minimizes sensitivity degradation experienced in over temperature conditions.
