Toubol was the company’s financial controller before her appointment as interim CFO in February 2008. Prior to joining Metal-Tech in 2007, Toubol was a senior manager at PwC Kesselman & Kesselman in Israel where she was responsible for providing auditing services to large Israeli corporations. She has a B.A. in accounting and economics from Ben-Gurion university.
Aik Rosenberg, chairman of Metal-Tech, said: “The Board was unanimous in its support for appointing Liron as our permanent Chief Financial Officer. Since taking over early last year, she has been a key part of the management team’s efforts of restructuring the Company as it faces up to the challenges of the changing market conditions. We are delighted she has accepted the position.”
