The company informed that the contract is for the construction, maintenance and modification of the overhead transmission lines for the Montreal and Richelieu regions. The work on the project would commence in September 2009 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2011.
According to Guy Aubert, vice-president, Electrical Lines and Clearance & Pruning Division, approximately 100 workers would be involved in the project.
