As part of the deal, the company will supply nineteen AW125/3000 turbines to the wind farm, which is situated in Hatay province in the south of the country.
Acciona noted that the contract also includes the operation and maintenance of the installation for 10 years.
The wind turbines, which will be mounted on 87.5m high steel towers, will have a rotor diameter of 125m.
The company will supply turbines in 2014 and 2015, while the entry into service of the wind farm is planned for the end of February 2015.
Acciona Windpower general director José Luis Blanco said the agreement could be a reference point for future contracts in the country.
"We are very pleased to have signed our first supply agreement in Turkey, a wind power market that will grow in the next few years, with a prestigious customer like the Zafer Group," Blanco added.
