The acreage includes over 130 potential drilling locations, many of which are expected to be highly prospective.

The company said the geographic proximity of the new acreage to its existing leases will improve operating efficiency of its Coleman County project.

Adino Exploration president Shannon McAdams said this acquisition gives the company a much larger portfolio of prospects for its Coleman County project.

"Along with relatively low-risk, low-cost drilling opportunities, we expect to realize significant efficiency gains by operating a much larger contiguous lease position," McAdams said.
