The company will provide drilling management services for Lundin on a call-off basis, and the contract may also include emergency response to support the drilling operations.
AGR executive vice president Sjur Talstad said the company looks forward to continue to work with and deliver drilling management projects for Lundin.
"The newly formed AGR equips us with the leading drilling technologies and I look forward to the start of another successful partnership with Lundin," Talstad said.
Lundin Norway is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swedish independent oil and gas firm Lundin Petroleum.
