Fishman will continue to report to Richard J. Diemer, senior vice president and chief financial officer.
As an attorney and the certified public accountant with more than thirty years experience, Fishman has wide background in managing the complex domestic and international tax issues incorporating the development, implementation and integration of strategic tax policies surrounding corporate mergers, acquisitions and the dispositions. Since arriving at the company in 2006, Fishman has effectively managed company’s global tax planning and the accounting activities resulting in enhanced processes and sustainable contributions to corporate performance.
Fishman holds a Master of Law in taxation, degree from the New York University’s School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Yale University’s Law School and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rutgers College. Fishman is based at company’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
