Under the contract, Alfa Laval will supply its newly developed equipment Alfa Laval decanters, which will be used for large wastewater reclamation operations in Canada.
Alfa Laval Group president and CEO Lars Renström said that the newly developed Alfa Laval decanters are based on the firm’s proven decanter technology and can handle very large amounts of industrial wastewater.
"This order proves our strong position as technical solutions provider in water treatment", Renström said.
The order is scheduled to be delivered for 2012.
