UISOL develops and commercializes DRBizNet, a software platform for demand response management.
The DRBizNet platform allows the utilities to reduce electricity demand at end-user level, in particular during consumption peak times.
UISOL’s main activities include intervening as a technology consultant for utilities and public authorities, in particular for the integration of distributed energy resources, and commercializing software platforms and supporting services, which mainly cover demand response, integration of renewable energies and energy storage.
With this acquisition, UISOL will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alstom Grid and will maintain its consulting and systems integration business lines.
