Under the agreement, American DG Energy will provide the Albany JCC with a portion of energy from the company’s heat pump system.
The Albany JCC will receive a discount on the energy produced by the heat pump and reduce its carbon footprint.
The company will produce domestic hot water, pool heat and space heat at the Albany JCC and sell it to the JCC.
American DG Energy will produce the energy with the Ilios high efficiency water heater or heat pump, located at the property site but owned and operated by the company.
The company will also handle all service, maintenance and repair; therefore, the Albany JCC will not need to provide manpower to support the equipment.
