The violation was unearthed during NRC’s routine inspection during April at a facility located in Gary, Indianapolis.
The company took immediate corrective actions to restore the compliance, once the violation of NRC requirements was identified.
Security related violations by the company, however, have not been made public.
At the NRC website, a copy of the Enforcement Action will be posted on the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), said the commission.
