The deal, which is due to start in September, covers the whole of the Yorkshire region. It has the option to be extended for an additional five years.
Amey will provide repair and maintenance services to about 20,000 miles of sewer pipe which carries wastewater from about two million homes to more than 600 waste water treatment works.
The deal expands Amey’s presence in the North of England. It already has a Yorkshire Water Framework to provide non-infrastructure projects.
Amey CEO Mel Ewell said: "We are delighted to expand the scope of our work with Yorkshire Water. Both our organisations will work together to improve essential services and provide an outstanding customer experience across the region."
Yorkshire Water director of service delivery Charlie Haysom said: "This major contract has been designed to deliver the best possible service for our customers at the best price with the highest levels of safety."
Yorkshire Water collects, treats and distributes water in Yorkshire, supplying about 1.24 billion litres of drinking water per day.
It operates over 700 water and sewage treatment works and 120 reservoirs.
