Andritz Hydro has won a EUR 65 million contract from Daelim Lotte Joint Venture to supply the electromechanical equipment, hydraulic steel structures, penstocks, and control systems for the Gulpur hydropower station in Pakistan.
Under the terms of the deal, Andritz will supply two turbine generator sets, each with an output of 52MW, for a head of 57m to the new hydropower station on the Poonch River in northwestern Pakistan.
Start-up is scheduled for mid-2019
