The company’s president Louis Bonasso said that the company, affiliated with the West Virginia oil gathering and Appalachian oil purchasers, particularly focuses on water recycling associated to exploration of the Marcellus Shale for the oil and gas industry.

We’re a very familiar partner and service provider to the oil and gas producers, said Bonasso.

West Virginia is an ideal location to start or expand a business, stated Manchin spokeswoman Sara Payne Scarbro. This company is investing in West Virginia and its workforce with the first technology of its kind. That says a lot about the business opportunity we have here and their confidence in building on this new technology in West Virginia.

The company’s new plant will be located in Fairmont on AFR Drive, which is off Speedway and Suncrest Boulevard. The tentative opening date is in early July 2009, stated Bonasso.

The Marion County location sits in a very central location to the current and future Marcellus drilling, and it lends itself very readily to what we needed and what the producing company needed, Bonasso added. We’re glad to be there.

West Virginia will get benefit from this investment through the creation of jobs and an eco-friendly process that utilizes the state’s natural resources responsibly, stated Scarbro.

This also ties into the energy industry, Scarbro added. West Virginia continues to be a leader in new energy development and the technology that goes with it.
