Earlier, the former landholder failed the appeal against the vesting order, issued by the Nova Scotia Minister of Natural Resources on 18 June 2012, in relation to the one remaining private property required for the project development.

With the appeal dismissal, the company has received legal right of access to the last of 63 private properties, needed to develop the Touquoy project into a significant gold mining operation.

Atlantic Gold is focused on the exploration and development of the Touquoy gold project and the Cochrane Hill gold deposit in Nova Scotia, Canada.
