With this acquisition, the company has a total of 35 wells in the ArkLaTex region of North Louisiana and South Arkansas.
Earlier this month, Avro Energy said it was working on an agreement for the purchase of three new wells in South Arkansas.
The company is still reviewing the well logs and other supporting material on the third well.
Avro Energy is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties, and provides oilfield services, primarily in the ArkLaTex region of North America.
