GSA has selected Baker as one of 20 such BPA recipients. The maximum aggregate capacity of all BPAs awarded is $500m.

As part of the agreement, Baker and its team members would potentially provide energy management planning and strategies, training on energy management. In addition, Baker will also provide building commissioning, energy audits, water conservation, and resource efficiency services.

Gary Kettler, vice president and federal business manager of Baker, said: ”We are thrilled to be among a handful of contractors selected for this important GSA program. The team we have assembled provides the array of carbon-neutral and resource reduction approaches and solutions our federal clients are seeking.

”This opportunity also represents significant strategic value since it offers federal agencies a ‘vehicle’ to access additional services, solutions, and technologies offered by Baker and its team.”
