The deed is to exchange and assign certain mineral claims in connection with its Tejana claims in New Mexico. Most of the swapped claims were either adjoining or overlapping each of the company’s respective land holdings.
The companies have also agreed to exchange information and data related to concerning uranium mineralization in the claims area, and right of first refusals on the said claims.
Bayswater Uranium owns various advanced uranium properties in the US with resources that would be amenable to ISR and/or conventional mining. Bayswater, a uranium company, has major landholdings in the Athabasca Basin, the Central Mineral Belt, and the Thelon Basin.
