Beach acquired a 97% interest in Adelaide Energy during the takeover offer period.
As a result it was then able to compulsorily acquire all of the outstanding shares in Adelaide Energy it did not own.
Beach acknowledged former Adelaide Energy managing director Carl Dorsch, who stepped down from the role on 31 January 2012, for the part he played in building the company up.
