Under the contract, the company will build 91 steel transition pieces (TPs) at its manufacturing facility in Szczecin, Poland beginning September.
The company is scheduled to deliver the TPs between June and December 2016.
Dong Energy awarded the contract following a thorough assessment of technical and commercial capabilities of Szczecin plant.
BMO chairman Dirk Kassen said: "Throughout factory construction, we had to prove, we are able to produce significant numbers ofhigh quality foundation elements.
"During site visits, we became trustworthy for our contract partner – and trust in business is normally built up over many years."
Planned to be commissioned in 2018, the Race Bank project will be operated under the UK government Renewable Obligation Scheme.
The project is expected to serve over 400,000 homes.
Dong Energy currently operates over 2.5GW offshore wind projects, and is working on 1.1GW projects. The company intends to have offshore wind portfolio of 6.5GW by 2020.
