The news source reported that Bioverda has partnered with GAF Energy Technology for the growth of its biodiesel business.
The Thuringen biodiesel facility is expected to have the capacity to process 110 million liters of rapeseed oil annually.
Bioverda expects this new facility to increase its total production volume to 160 million liters annually, considering volumes from its existing Neubrandenberg plant in Germany. The company plans to build more such biodiesel plants across Europe, according to its CEO, John Mullins.
