The new offering extends Bivar’s existing panel mount assembly product line, and features an IP rating and high intensity LED that is easily visible in bright sunlight.
The new family of products is ideally suited for applications that require outdoor LED indication, including hazardous areas and high-vibration environments such as industrial automation systems, power supplies, instrumentation and control panels.
Bivar sales and marketing vice president Michael Finn said the company’s new panel mount assemblies can operate in rain and other harsh conditions.
Bivar said its weather resistant LED panel mount assemblies feature a 67/68 IP rating, and are totally protected against dust and immersion up to 1m.
