The drilling program will include the deployment of five new wells immediately adjacent to the project’s 39.4 million pound Hansen Uranium deposit, for water monitoring purposes, following completion of ongoing mine design work.

TREC has completed Scoping study into the development of just the Hansen Deposit, which comprises indicated and inferred resources of 90.9 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 600 ppm U3O8 (0.06% U3O8), in 2012.

The company will begin production following receipt of all mine permits for the development of the Hansen deposit in 2016.

Baseline environmental data, which will be collected from all of these new wells, will complement base-line surface and ground water data that has been collected from the ongoing surface and ground-water monitoring programs.

Expected to complete in approximately four weeks, drilling program will help streamlet the mine permit application and approval process.
