Mr Cleberg is a former executive vice president and CFO of the Washington Group, an engineering and construction company involved in power plant construction, and mining operations, and Champion Enterprises.
Before his CFO roles, Mr Cleberg spent 15 years in various senior financial positions with Honeywell and eight years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche. Since 2002, he has been an independent investor, developer and consultant with companies in Colorado and Wyoming.
