The new EV charging station offers 240V charging, and will reduce the charging time by half while lowering the dependency on fossil fuels.
Power Max, available in 16 Amp or 30 Amp configurations with cord length up to 25 feet, features NEMA 3R enclosure and a Visible LED indicator that indicates the charging state.
Commenting on the development, Bosch Automotive Service Solutions president Tanvir Arfi said that the new Power Max overcomes the critical maintenance problems of Level 2 charging stations.
Bosch Power Max charging station, UL-certified in the US and Canada, will be available for $450.
