Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) joint director MP Singh said that after the signing of an MoU, the company has assured to complete the project by March 2010.
The Punjab project was allocated by PEDA on August 6, 2008, and the implementation agreement was signed on March 2 2009. The plant is being set up under NRSE policy-2006 of Punjab government.
