As part of its long standing market and technology trials program NV Energy will roll out the program concept to leading commercial customers.
Leveraging BuildingIQ’s technology platform that pursues energy savings, NV Energy will also look to explore other means of energy savings and peak demand management.

NV supplies energy services to 2.4 million electric customers in Nevada and expects to achieve 12.1Gwh of annualized energy savings using BuildingIQ energy optimization application.
This trial will also offer NV Energy to evaluate the efficiency of a single integrated energy optimization platform as it is committed to identifying solutions for integrated energy efficiency and demand response for future programs.
