Burkett’s full-service distribution and handling capacity of Blue Sky DEF will include its own fleet of trucks for delivery, as well as the capability to provide customers with dispensing equipment, storage tanks and other handling equipment required for DEF.
Distribution of Blue Sky DEF will meet growing demand for its use in diesel-powered engines, including tractor trailers, pickup trucks, passenger cars, agricultural and construction equipment, marine vessels and trains, the company said.
Prime Lube COO Robert Arbasetti said the availability of Blue Sky DEF to diesel fuel customers in Atlanta and the surrounding area allows them to stay compliant with EPA-required emissions levels, while benefiting from a high-quality, low-cost, easy-to-use solution that keeps engines running efficiently.
Burkett Oil co-owner and president Hugh Burkett said the addition of Blue Sky DEF to the firm’s product lineup allows it to make a positive impact in the Atlanta area by offering customers the environmental and performance benefits of this diesel fuel additive.
