CFB-FGD technology, a dry scrubbing system, is used for the control of sulfur dioxide and other emissions in flue gas produced by power plants and industrial facilities. This technology is applicable to a wide range of plant sizes and fuel sulfur contents.

As with all of its products and services, B&W PGG will deliver Enviroserv’s dry scrubber technology on an engineer, procure and construct basis. B&W PGG will also provide aftermarket services for the product after the sale.

Richard Killion, president and chief operating officer of B&W PGG, said: “Enviroserv’s CFB-FGD technology is an outstanding addition to B&W PGG’s existing portfolio of emissions control products and services and makes us a more comprehensive environmental solutions provider.

“Our customers will benefit by having greater choice and flexibility when it comes to meeting their flue gas desulfurization needs.”
