The open season will commence on May 22, 2009 and end on June 12, 2009. The firm transportation service through the Calais pipeline project will be performed under Rate schedule FTS to Calais Pipeline’s pro forma FERC gas tariff, which will be filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and will be consistent with the open-access requirements of Part 284 of FERC’s regulations. Shippers taking firm service on the Calais pipeline project will pay a monthly reservation rate under Calais Pipeline’s Rate Schedule FTS which shall equal the maximum recourse rate approved by FERC for service under Rate Schedule FTS. All applicable surcharges, commodity charges, electric power charges and fuel retention, if any, under Rate Schedule FTS associated with the Calais pipeline project, as amended from time to time, will also apply.

Shippers wishing to subscribe to the firm transportation capacity through the Calais pipeline project must provide to Calais Pipeline by the close of this open season, as stated above, a completed transportation service request form and evidence to demonstrate creditworthiness.
