The company stated that it has initiated a search for his replacement and also noted that Mr Clark will be available to assist in the transition for a period of time after May 30, 2008.
Bringing more than 20 years of domestic and international financial experience to Calpine, Mr Clark joined the company in 1999. Prior to joining Calpine, he was the CFO of the Hobbs Group.
