Catalytica Energy Systems has announced shipment of its first commercial Xonon gas turbine combustion systems. The units are being delivered to Kawasaki Motors Corp for incorporation into three M1A-13X gas turbines. The 1.4 MW units have been ordered by Enron Energy Services Operations for installation at a US government healthcare facility in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
