Engineering, procurement and construction contract, CB&I will provide FEED services for the 1m ton per annum capacity ethylene plant along with similar services to a related butadiene extraction unit and a pyrotol unit.

CB& I president and CEO Philip K. Asherman said company is pleased to be selected for this significant project on the back of completing the feasibility study last year and the being recently awarded the technology license.

"We appreciate the trust and confidence shown by NKNK and look forward to continuing our relationship with them on the next phase of the project," added Asherman.

NKNK which is a part of the TAIF group is expecting to bring the project to completion by 2013.
