The hydrogen facility will include two trains, each with the capacity to produce 126 metric tonnes per day of high purity hydrogen.
The sulfur recovery and tail gas treating units will include five sulfur recovery trains, capable of processing a combined capacity of 526 metric tonnes per day of sulfur.
The combined contracts of CB&I are valued at about $40m and the project is expected to be completed in 2013.
