The civil work offers and to deliver the electromechanical equipment are due to be completed by November 16, 2009.
To participate in the bid, the international firms must have to show a guarantee of 20% local companies’ participation.
The bidders must also include financing for 75% of the offer; and the rest of the financing will be covered by Ecuador government.
