In case of a positive result of the tender, Akenerji and its parent Akkok will form a joint venture called AkCez OGG. CEZ will participate with 50% of the stock capital, while 45% will belong to Akenerji and 5% will be held by Akkok.

CEZ has said that the electricity distribution network in Turkey’s Sakarya province (Sedas) accounts for almost 8TWh of electricity per year served to 1.3 million customers. The province of Baskent’s distribution network (Bedas) sells almost 10TWh of electricity to 2.9 million customers every year.
