The company expects to continue its relationship with Thompson Hine LLP, its current primary provider of legal services.
Gould holds an undergraduate degree from Fordham College and a law degree from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the State Courts of New York. He and his wife Bonnie reside in Scarsdale.
